Privacy Policy

Effective October 9, 2026

What this policy covers

This policy covers polyforgelabs.com. Each of our products has its own privacy policy on its own site: ScrubCut, Gathered and Market Day Sign Studio.

What we collect

If you use the contact form, we receive your name, email address, the topic you chose and your message. We use them to reply to you and for nothing else.

Our hosting provider records standard request information, such as IP address, time and the page requested, to keep the site running and secure.

What we do not do

We do not sell personal data. This site sets no cookies, runs no advertising trackers or third-party analytics, and loads no third-party scripts or fonts.

How long we keep messages

We keep contact messages for as long as we need them to respond and to keep a reasonable record of the conversation, then delete them.

Your choices

To ask what we hold about you, or to have it deleted, send a message through the contact form.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will post the new version here and update the date above.
